Security Supervisor

Iconic Security Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate the work of security personnel
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
