We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Iconic Security Services. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal service delivery.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
