Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Iconic Security Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure environment for clients.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- 3-4 years of experience in a security leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to resolve security incidents and ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
