At Iconic Security Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the activities of our security guards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take on a leadership role and ensure the safety and security of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for scheduling work, arranging maintenance and repair work, and preparing progress reports.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising a team of up to 4 security guards and training them in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Additionally, they will establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
