Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at Conseil Cri de la santé et des services sociaux de la Baie James. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent in the field of human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates, manage the entire hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, analyze labor market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, foster a sense of community, and encourage employee retention.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Cree is an asset.
  • Travel: Ability to travel regularly.
