Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This includes serving food and beverages, assisting guests with special needs, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair accessibility and assisting with mobility issues.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services, including room features, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating with guests effectively.
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area, including local attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
