Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair accessibility and assisting with mobility issues.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including room features, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area, including local attractions and activities.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
