About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bayside Inn & Pub Ltd. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills. You will be tasked with establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and responding to employee inquiries.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation of reports, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and greeting clients and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.

In addition, you will type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • A permanent full-time contract
  • A 35-40 hour workweek
  • Proficiency in English
