Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Conduct thorough reviews of existing administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prioritization and Task Management: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Control: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
