BeBee Professionals in Lloydminster is seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support office operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle incoming communications with professionalism.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems and manage office documentation accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management in a timely manner.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
