Medical Office Coordinator

As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing our front office, supervising patient scheduling, billing, and claims. You'll also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls with a medical understanding and background, providing quality control calls, and empathizing with patients.
Requirements and Qualifications- A college degree
- Supervisory or management experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and digital software
- High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Creativity, initiative, and a team-oriented outlook for problem-solving

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a medical or allied health office, with a strong background in medical terminology and health. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
