Job Description

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can build relationships with existing clients and establish new connections with potential customers throughout the British Columbia and US regions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving demand through local distribution networks, working closely with the team on targeted plans to expand and effectively service the region.

You will work directly with customers, including Commercial General Contractors, Distribution centers, Architects, and Designers, to provide exceptional products with outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales opportunities with existing clients and establish new connections with potential customers in the British Columbia and US regions.
  • Pull demand through local distribution networks.
  • Work closely with the team to create targeted plans to expand and effectively service the region.
  • Provide exceptional products and services to customers, including Commercial General Contractors, Distribution centers, Architects, and Designers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in an outside sales position, preferably with a network within the British Columbia Region.
  • Knowledge of the Construction Industry is essential.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling, possessing a balanced miner/hunter sales mentality, and capable of working towards targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, ability to multitask, and an intense desire to work in the Insulation industry are mandatory.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • College diploma or post-graduate certificate in an industry-relevant program (i.e., Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology).
Compensation Package

A competitive salary of $75 to $90K per year, plus a monthly sales bonus, car allowance, benefits, vacation, and more make this opportunity truly rewarding.
