We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Vehicle Sales Representative to join our team at Vancouver Mitsubishi. About Us

Vancouver Mitsubishi, a family-owned dealership with a legacy in luxury used car sales since 2008 through our Company of Cars division, is the 12,000 square foot indoor flagship showroom for Mitsubishi Motors of Canada. Our mission is simple: to provide Vancouver's best car-buying experience.

As a Luxury Vehicle Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a seasoned team of automotive professionals in a culture that is equal parts collaboration, hard work, and fun.

The Role
  • Engage and Assist Customers: Welcome customers warmly and guide them through an enjoyable car-buying journey, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Nurture new and existing customer connections by following up on all leads, staying in touch, and offering support beyond the sale.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Work towards individual and dealership sales targets, promoting Vancouver Mitsubishi's exceptional vehicle offerings and driving revenue growth.
  • Promote New Business: Expand our customer base through prospecting, networking, and referrals, identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Showcase Product Knowledge: Continuously improve your knowledge of Mitsubishi and our used luxury vehicles, actively participating in training and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Ensure that customers' vehicles are prepared and delivered to their satisfaction, explaining all features and warranty details.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You have a passion for delivering memorable experiences and helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation & Communication Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and sound judgment.
  • Driven and Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve and surpass dealership goals with a proactive approach.
  • Automotive Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is an asset, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and maintaining records.
  • Valid Licensing: A valid VSA license, BC Driver's License, and clean driver's abstract are required.
