Flooring Sales Representative

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000.00 per year, plus commission pay based on sales performance. Additionally, you will be entitled to various benefits, including an automobile allowance, dental care, extended health care, paid time off, and store discount.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Field Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing existing accounts and establishing new ones by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on customers
- Converting sales leads to complete sales transactions
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs
- Achieving individual sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Informing customers about special offers and promotions
- Managing social media platforms to generate leads and interest in customers
- Developing new business relationships through regular proactive contact
- Providing accurate and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools
- Keeping records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts
- Ensuring the requirements of each project are successfully executed by the installation team
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- 3-4 years of sales experience within the flooring industry
- Experience working in a sales-driven environment
- A willingness to grow and advance your career in sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers and store representatives
- The ability to listen to customers, formulate personalized responses to their needs, and provide excellent professional communication in the workplace
- Flexibility to work in a diverse culture and adapt to changing situations
- A knack for problem-solving with keen attention to detail
- The ability to comfortably navigate hurdles using critical thinking and good judgment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems or equivalent

Schedule:
