Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Boardwalk Fries Burgers Shakes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively. This includes determining the types of services to be offered, managing inventory, and implementing health and safety protocols.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand. This includes negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and handling procedures.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Operations ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeUtilize MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to manage and analyze data, create presentations, and communicate with team members.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma required.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
Work TermPermanent position.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours35 hours per week.
