Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Boardwalk Fries Burgers Shakes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze data, create reports, and present information to stakeholders.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
