  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze data, create presentations, and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
