Restaurant Operations Manager

At Boardwalk Fries Burgers Shakes, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze data, create presentations, and drive business decisions.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
