Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze data, create presentations, and drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
