About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Bhinder Elite Exteriors Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting priorities, and managing budgets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring the company's assets and reputation are protected.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in project management software and tools.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle, with a willingness to travel as required.
