About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Aspire Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and supervisors.
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
    • Ensure projects are completed within budget and that any variances are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Quality Control
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
