We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Royal Crown Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Authorize and establish senior staff positions and departments to support project delivery.
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective project management.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish financial controls and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
    • Formulate and approve human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • Project Delivery
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions to drive business success.
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support project delivery.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior construction management role.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
