About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Brilliance Homes Balzac Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial stability and profitability.
    • Establish and maintain financial controls to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Human Resources Planning
    • Develop and implement effective human resources planning strategies to meet project needs.
    • Recruit, train, and develop construction professionals to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced construction environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Travel to project sites as required to ensure project progress and quality.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
