About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Brilliance Homes Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Allocate resources, including materials, human capital, and financial resources, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Leadership: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction department, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
