- Strategic Planning: Formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction department, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
