Meaningful Work- Provide leadership and operational advice in employee relations, engagement, performance management, total rewards, policy application, workforce planning, and change management.
- Execute HR programs such as annual performance management, compensation, onboarding, global mobility, and HRIS management.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with staff, peers, and partners.
- Stay current on leading talent trends and deliver practical and innovative solutions aligning with Firm goals and enabling our people to excel.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other support functions to improve processes and deliver a seamless employee experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' progressively responsible broad scope HR experience in a professional services firm or corporate environment.
- Successful track record in areas of change management and process improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and function.
- Professionalism in the execution of tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
- Possession of a passion for thinking outside the box to shape solutions for client problems.
- Ability to build meaningful and impactful relationships and deliver excellent client service.
