Meaningful Work
  • Provide leadership and operational advice in employee relations, engagement, performance management, total rewards, policy application, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Execute HR programs such as annual performance management, compensation, onboarding, global mobility, and HRIS management.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with staff, peers, and partners.
  • Stay current on leading talent trends and deliver practical and innovative solutions aligning with Firm goals and enabling our people to excel.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other support functions to improve processes and deliver a seamless employee experience.
Experiences and Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years' progressively responsible broad scope HR experience in a professional services firm or corporate environment.
  • Successful track record in areas of change management and process improvement.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and function.
  • Professionalism in the execution of tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Possession of a passion for thinking outside the box to shape solutions for client problems.
  • Ability to build meaningful and impactful relationships and deliver excellent client service.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
