Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in human resources and a strong understanding of policy implementation, recruitment strategies, and performance management. They will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing classification and rating of occupations, planning and developing recruitment strategies, managing contracts, advising senior management, and conducting performance reviews.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
    • Lead the recruitment process, including planning, developing, and implementing strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
    • Oversee payroll administration, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees
  • Work Environment:
    • This is a permanent full-time position working 30-35 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment
    • Must be able to work effectively in a team-based setting and communicate effectively with colleagues and senior management
