Job Summary
Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians with client care, including the use of advanced equipment and exercise programs.
- Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve functional goals, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Collect and analyze outcome measure data to inform treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain and clean medical equipment, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for patients.
- Manage clinical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Provide administrative support, including coordinating patient intake, answering phone calls, and greeting patients upon arrival.
Requirements
- PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred.
- Previous experience working in a clinic setting is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
