Superior Propane is a leading provider of propane services in Canada. We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate and timely delivery information to customers.
  • Review customer account information to ensure accuracy and update systems as needed.
  • Validate customer account information to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Escalate customer issues as needed and facilitate a smooth resolution process.
  • Dispatch delivery calls after hours and ensure that emergency or escalation situations are properly resolved.
  • Document all customer interactions to ensure quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience.
  • One year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone contact environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a positive contributing team member.
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
