Customer Service Professional

Superior Propane is a leading provider of propane services in Canada. We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely delivery information to customers.
- Review customer account information to ensure accuracy and update systems as needed.
- Validate customer account information to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Escalate customer issues as needed and facilitate a smooth resolution process.
- Dispatch delivery calls after hours and ensure that emergency or escalation situations are properly resolved.
- Document all customer interactions to ensure quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience.
- One year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone contact environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a positive contributing team member.
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
