Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist

Kelly is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Cambridge, ON.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer calls and emails, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Accurately gather and input daily production data, pricing, and material codes into the ERP system (Sage).
  • Handle shipping documents, checklists, and other related paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative support to a small office team of three.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative and customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to pitch in and support the team wherever needed in a small office environment.
What We Offer:
  • Pay rate between $25.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience) + 4% vacation pay.
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit.
  • Opportunity to turn permanent.
  • Full-time hours; Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
