Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Hephæstus Homes Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with customer service software and systems.
