Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Customer Needs: Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Implement Customer Service Policies: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that align with the company's vision and values.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction, making adjustments to processes and procedures as needed to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
