Job Summary

MOUNT'S PEAK SECURITY LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Oversee the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to security personnel on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Coordinate Activities with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of security operations.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
  • Education and Experience: High school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, and team player.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Work Conditions: Air conditioned, noisy, and outdoors.
Language
