Job Summary

ActionLink is seeking a driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our growing team at a local retail store. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for demonstrating the latest innovations in home cinema entertainment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase Sony's innovative technology to delight store associates and customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Use effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations to help customers make informed choices about home theater gear.
  • Sales and Goal Achievement: Proactively overcome customer objections to close sales and achieve weekly sales goals.
  • Training and Development: Educate and train store personnel on Sony products so they can share their knowledge confidently.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Complete surveys with pictures to communicate feedback and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Bring your previous sales experience to the table and demonstrate your sales savvy.
  • Communication Skills: Channel your high energy into building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Reliability and Transportation: Ensure reliable transportation to and from the retail store.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Tech-Ready: Your smart device will handle reporting duties.
