Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with clients on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. You will provide information to clients about product features and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients with their questions and complaints
  • Give clients information about products and services
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Negotiate payment terms and arrangements, take loan applications on call, etc. where applicable
  • Update client files with appropriate information and ensure the information being placed in client files follow regulatory, client-specific, and corporate guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service is required
  • Strong Communication skills – verbal and written
  • Can solve problems and walk through issues with clients – need to be able to probe with questions to find the right solution
  • Ability to troubleshoot and help clients
  • Candidates who know how to follow through on their promises to clients
  • Need people who are self-starters and have a strong desire for customer service
