POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Customer Service Operations Specialist to fulfill a dual role encompassing customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks and excel in a dynamic work setting. Ideal applicants will have a strong customer service background and prior experience in a receptionist capacity. Enthusiasm and a willingness to assist multiple operational departments are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls using a multi-line communication system, as well as respond to customer inquiries via email.
  • Order office supplies, compile and update presentation materials, and provide support to other departments as required.
  • Collaborate with customer service representatives to ensure accurate billing, banking reconciliations, and address customer service inquiries.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Maintain and update various reports in Oracle, Excel, and ABS on a daily basis.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Have experience in administrative or support roles.
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and effective communication.
  • Maintain professionalism in punctuality, demeanor, and written communication.
  • Show strong organizational skills in managing documents and administrative tasks.
  • Be willing to undertake additional tasks as assigned.
