Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BBA Consultants. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, mail, and courier services
  • Coordinate parking, building access, and other logistical support
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading documents
  • Implement and maintain document control processes
  • Support event coordination and onboarding new staff

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in office administration or related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in office administration or management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document control processes
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
