Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the day-to-day activities of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services Manager, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Coordinate summer student training and create a coverage schedule
  • Update internal phone lists and office seating plans
  • Process expense reports and coordinate catering orders
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' work experience in a high-volume Receptionist position
  • Excellent customer service skills and detail-oriented disposition
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working with SAP, Concur, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
