Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Randstad. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming to clients and visitors
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Availability to start immediately
