Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Sales Executive to manage client relationships across multiple North American Higher Education accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying revenue opportunities, forecasting sales, and analyzing the impact of D2L products and services on our clients.

About the Role
  • Exceed revenue objectives within your assigned territory
  • Forecast and manage the end-to-end contract renewal process for your assigned territory while meeting book of business targets
  • Identify revenue opportunities within each client account and forecast them accurately in the CRM
  • Develop and maintain a territory plan for your assigned account base
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to foster relationships and uncover or advance sales opportunities
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in a SaaS sales-oriented account management role
  • Client-facing experience in a sales, support, or service-related role
  • Knowledge of Solution Selling Methodology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (phone, video, email, and in-person)
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and detail
  • Experience with enterprise-level web-based applications
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this role is between $76,500 CAD and $110,000 CAD. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a wellness subsidy, equity grants, variable incentive plans, and more.
