Education Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Education Sales Professional to manage client relationships across multiple North American Higher Education accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of your clients' needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your expertise in identifying product and services that meet their strategic visions will be invaluable in driving their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and exceed revenue objectives within assigned territory
- Forecast and manage end-to-end contract renewal process for assigned territory while meeting book of business targets
- Identify revenue opportunities within each client account and forecast them accurately in the CRM
- Develop and maintain a territory plan for assigned account base
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to foster relationships and uncover sales opportunities
- Effectively deploy D2L resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the sales process
- Productively work alongside other D2L stakeholders on the client's account team
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a SaaS sales-oriented account management role
- Client-facing experience in a sales, support, or service-related role
- Knowledge of Solution Selling Methodology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and detail
- Experience with enterprise-level web-based applications
