Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Envirogard Products Ltd. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of sales and orders, preparing sales contracts, and providing ongoing support to clients. You will also be involved in promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

You will work closely with clients to provide presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, resolve product and service related problems, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for advertising and/or promoting products, sales or services, and providing customer service.

Additional Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various sectors, including water treatment. You will also be part of a team that provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Our company is committed to supporting newcomers and refugees, and we do not require Canadian work experience for this position.

Furthermore, our company provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a college diploma, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. You should also have 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the water treatment sector.

You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential, and you should be able to estimate costs of installing equipment and quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
