About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Willowbrook Motors Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the timely posting of journal entries.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
