We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at I.M.I Financial Group Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings and other gatherings. Additionally, the candidate will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintain inventory of office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and other gatherings
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Client-focused approach
