We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Mobile Snap. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating communication strategies and implementing effective programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs to ensure they meet our customers' needs.
  • Implement new communication strategies and programs to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events for fundraising or information purposes.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arrange for billing for services rendered and handle refunds and credits as needed.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered to our customers.
  • Issue receipts and other forms as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Receive and log customer complaints and feedback.
  • Receive payments from customers and process them accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience is an asset, but not required.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.

Our estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
