About the Role

Avalon Community College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact centre, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $$55,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
