About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist customers with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote products and services.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial products and services. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
