The Opportunity

The Senior Care Authority of Inland Empire, CA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for investing in and structuring proposals for infrastructure projects that align with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investing in Infrastructure: You will be responsible for investing in infrastructure projects that meet our organization's criteria, including long-term care, energy infrastructure, housing, transportation, and municipal and community infrastructure.
  • Structuring Proposals: You will work with our team to structure proposals and negotiate agreements with investors in infrastructure projects.
  • Providing Advisory Services: You will provide advisory services with respect to financing infrastructure projects, including conducting research on manager strategies, operational and risk management processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will provide expert analysis and recommendations on key drivers to fund and manager performance, make recommendations on changes to the investment manager structure, and undertake in-depth analysis on new investment manager styles and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: An undergraduate or graduate degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business, or other related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience: One to three years of relevant experience at an investment bank, strategy consulting, or related sector work.
  • Professional Designations: CFA, CAIA, or any other relevant professional designation would be an asset.
