About the Role

MFS Investment Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Investment Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading investment management company and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our presence in the institutional market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, including pension funds, endowments, and foundations.
  • Work closely with the investment team to deliver presentations and communicate the MFS story, investment strategies, and investment views to clients and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and maintain a strong technical understanding of MFS' investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure that client needs are met at all levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management sales or a related field.
  • Extensive business development experience, with a proven track record of success in selling investment management services to institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of investment markets and investment management services, including equity and fixed income instruments and investment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal presentation skills and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and contacts.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a Level 1 CFA or CIM certification preferred.
