About the Company

Our client is a private equity firm that specializes in providing private market real estate-based investment offerings to Canadian investors.

About the Role

The Senior Associate is a licensed Dealing Representative. The Dealing Representative is expected to be knowledgeable about the company's investment strategies and be able to communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to Canadian investors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and investment opportunities in the private real estate sector
  • Collaborate with the investment team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments and provide recommendations to clients
Requirements
  • Licence to act as a Dealing Representative
  • Strong knowledge of private market real estate investments and the Canadian investment landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
